Description

This is a 4 Bedroom and 4 Bathroom villa with a private 10m by 4.5m gated swimming pool.  The property also has optional air conditioning.

Casa Amarelo is in a quiet, private area close to Carvoeiro with enclosed private pool set in beautiful gardens.  The villa is ornately furnished in the traditional Portuguese way.  The lounge/diner has cable TV, CD, A/C and doors to the pool area.  A fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine in the laundry room.

One twin bedroom with bathroom and one double bedroom with bathroom are both air conditioned and are on the ground floor.  One twin bedroom with bathroom and one double bedroom with bathroom are air conditioned and are on the first floor, there is also a large breakfast terrace leading from the landing.

Outside is a good sized pool which has ample pool furniture for 8 people. The barbecue is on the upper pool terrace.

Maid service is three times per week

Rates

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking or minimum of £300 if 25% is less than £300. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £200) 10 weeks prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Saturday but other days maybe considered
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 14H00 and departure before 10H00.

OPTIONS

BABY ACCESSORIES... These are optional, Cot - £15 per week and High Chair - £10 per week
