A large, beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom fully air conditioned villa with heat-able pool, private cinema with Full Sky including Sports and Movies and games room including pool table, table tennis and Sony PS3   Casa Bonita is a beautiful modern villa, with a very stylish decor and has every ingredient for a fantastic family holiday. It is just 7 - 10 minutes drive to Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. 

The villa is on three floors. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms and a shower room, with patio door access to a balcony and roof terrace with excellent views.  The ground floor has 2 large en-suite colour-coded bedrooms, the spacious lounge and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, and guests WC. Stairs from the hallway lead down to a further 5th bedroom served by a separate shower room. This bedroom has direct access through patio doors onto the pool terrace.

One of the huge attractions of this villa is the large games room with an entertainment area that will keep children (and adults) busy for hours.  Lounge / diner has plasma T.V. with full Sky Package including Sports and Movies, patio doors to drinks terrace and full air conditioning The air conditioned cinema on the lower ground floor seats 8 people in first class comfort and has Sky Satellite including Sport and Movies, and Sony PS3. The air conditioned pool room with full size table has patio doors to the pool and barbecue terraces

The pool terrace has tables and chairs for Al Fresco dining, a gas BBQ and sun loungers.  The 10 x 5 M pool has safe Roman Step entrance at the shallow end, 30cm in depth, rising gradually to 1.8 metres

Close to the old fishing village of Carvoeiro, where there are a multitude of quality bars and restaurants. The villa is situated approx 7 Km (7 mins drive) from the centre of Carvoeiro, in an area known as Sesmarias but there are numerous local bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance from the villa. 6 minutes walk takes you to the renowned BonBon Restaurant which serves international cuisine and carries a four star rating. Caneiros Beach, with it's excellent restaurant, is 5 minutes drive away. It is conveniently located for access to many beaches, Ferragudo and Carvoeiro. The A22 east-west Algarve motorway is approx 6km away and is easily accessible. The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, which will be one of the most modern and multi-functional race circuits in the world, is within a 30 minute drive away, where it is planned to hold a wide range of activities and sports, commercial and leisure events.

Rates

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking or minimum of £300 if 25% is less than £300. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £200) 10 weeks prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Saturday but other days maybe considered
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 14H00 and departure before 10H00.

OPTIONS

POOL HEATING...£150.00 for 1st week £50.00 per week thereafter

BABY ACCESSORIES... These are optional, Cot - £15 per week and High Chair - £10 per week
