About us

www.villa-in-carvoeiro.com was developed in February 2006 to help a number of property owners advertise their properties in a way that many other companies do not.  We are continually developing a very personal service and this is reflected in the feedback shown on the website and by the customers we speak to.  www.villa-in-carvoeiro.com was incorporated in April 2008 and is now part of PAC (Portugal) Limited, a family run company.

The family have been visiting the Algarve for over 25 years and now part of the family is based in the Algarve.  We have seen a great many changes, sandy tracks to motorways and enjoyed many of the experiences.  This site gives a little taste of the Algarve and some of the gorgeous properties available for rental.

There are a great many sites out there which are very informative and so we are not trying to duplicate the information, but giving you a little taster instead.

We are not property management and not a letting agent.  We allow potential customers find rental properties for their holidays in the Algarve.

Payment

We can accept payment by cheque, bank transfer (Sterling) and credit card payments securely via paypal, subject to 3.4% booking fee.  We take payment on behalf of the property owners as described in our booking terms.

  • We have teamed up with Holiday Extras and can offer our customers a further discount of 10% on normal prices on selected UK Airport Car parking.

When you are on your holiday, most properties will have management who will look after you when you are there (note most people never need to speak to them.)

As we offer a very personal service we aim to have a small select number of properties so that we do not lose the quality service and reputation we are building. We have great feedback from the property owners that have already joined us.  We are continually looking for select properties to join our portfolio.  If you are interested then please contact us for more information

We do not charge for you to have your property on this site.  We do the marketing and client contact.  All the details and photos are supplied by the owners (with help from us). We don't get a penny unless we get a guaranteed booking for you.
