Casa O Caracol is a beautiful villa with private pool (heated if required) set in a mature secluded plot of land with fruit trees, shrubs and lawn.  The property has views of the sea and the local 9 hole golf course.  It is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area of Vale do Milho (Valley of Maize) in Carvoeiro, a car is recommended but not essential as the Beach, Shops, Restaurants and even a Golf Course are within walking distance .

On two levels, the ground level has two twin bedrooms with a shared shower room, kitchen, an airy lounge/dining area, guest WC and entrance hall. The lounge and one of the bedrooms have patio door access to the back terrace. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom, en suite shower/bathroom, the room has patio doors opening up onto its own private balcony with  panoramic views  out to sea.

Outside is a terrace area, with shade if needed, table, chairs and sun loungers.  There is a built in BBQ for all your outdoor needs and a mature garden with lawn.  The property has a 9m x 4.5m pool that can be heated (additional cost). It has its own drive with carport for one car and unshaded for 2 cars.  This property has every ingredient for a fun packed & enjoyable family holiday.

Rates

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £150) 8 weeks prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Saturday but other days maybe considered
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 14H00 and departure before 10H00.

OPTIONS

BABY ACCESSORIES... These are optional, Cot - £15 per week and High Chair - £10 per week

HEATED SWIMMING POOL... This is optional, costing £100 for the first week and £50 per consecutive week.

"We had a perfect holiday just what we needed, thanks to yourselves and Casa O Caracol.  The villa itself is beautiful and exactly like the photo's (which is not always the way) the view to the sea through the tree's in the grounds was so peaceful and the area was so quite but only 5/10 min's drive into carvoeiro or the supermarket and a few min's from other restaurants, shops and the beach. we are looking forward to hopefully using Casa O Caracol again next year. the direction's you sent which included the photo's so you can recognise the road signs and ref points on route was the easiest and best printed route plan I have followed.  Again thank you and looking forward to using you again next year" R Ogilvie, England
