This property is a luxury 4 bedroom Villa with its own 10m by 5m heatable Swimming pool, which all main rooms open onto and mature gardens.  The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms.  A car is recommended.  The Beach, Shops, Restaurants and even a Golf Course are within walking distance (2km).

This tasteful and spacious accommodation comprises hallway into bright and airy sitting room with satellite TV, central fireplace with French doors to the covered terrace, sun terrace and swimming pool. From the sitting room you enter the well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker and hob and a French door to the pool terrace.

In the left wing of the villa there are two twin bedrooms, each with French doors to a rear terrace and BBQ area. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a French door to the pool terrace.

From the sitting room you enter the right wing where there is a study with parquet floor, guest toilet, and master double bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom with huge walk in shower unit. There is also a French door to the pool terrace. Casa Comprida has been newly decorated and tastefully furnished throughout.  All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

There is a new 10m x 5m, one depth heatable swimming pool, with recently refurbished outside shower and terracing.  There is an attractive shaded eating area, with BBQ and fridge adjacent.  The property has ample space for 8 sun loungers and a large wooden table with chairs.  The garden is well presented and completely fenced in.  The property has a large driveway which can allow parking for up to 4 cars.

Important information

There is a small development under construction nearby to Casa Comprida, as a result construction work may have an impact on your holiday.  Therefore the rental prices have been reduced (including free air conditioning - normally £100 per week), while the development is being undertaken to reflect the impact it may have during the time clients are at the property.  Any bookings made will be on the understanding that clients accept this

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £150) 8 weeks prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Saturday but other days may be considered
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 15H00 and departure before 10H00.
