This is a well presented 2 bedroom townhouse which is within 500 metres of the top of Carvoeiro town and 10 minutes walking distance to a number of beaches, also a small beach only a few hundred metres away - so a car is not necessary. Entrance into lounge/dining area with doors to balcony and views of the sea and countryside. There is a good sized living/dining area with seating for 6 people and a log fire for heating in the winter months. Off the lounge is a kitchen which is fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine. Downstairs are the two twin bed bedrooms: one enjoys an en-suite shower room and the other has a shower room next door (both have toilets and basins). A sofa bed upstairs in the living area can accommodate a further two persons (this is not shown in the pictures). The bedrooms downstairs open up onto a terrace with a BBQ and tiled seating area. Outside on the terrace is also sunbeds and a table and chairs. This is a good size for outdoor needs. The property shares a nice sized swimming pool with terraces and sunbeds and although it is a communal pool, this is a small complex. A number of the properties have people living there full time and during the day they are at work. The property is within a few minutes walk of the top of Carvoeiro town to the east, this means that shops, restaurants and bars are easily accessible by foot. To the west of the property there is Carvoeiro beach and to the east is Centeannes beach. |
