Description

Casa Bella is a stylish 3 bedroom villa with heatable pool and air conditioning in the bedrooms.  Located in the countryside just 1km from Armacao de Pera and 1.5km from the beach, this is a great base for a fun family holiday, whether all day by the pool or sun bathing on the nearby beaches.

Entrance is up a short sandy track and through electric gates, Villa Malfada is next door.

The property is well designed so that the living areas are to one side of the property and all the bedrooms on the other.  On entering the property to the right is a comfortable lounge area offering with sofas, TV, FTA Sky, DVD Player, CD, Radio and cassette player.  Off the lounge in a semi open plan design is a large kitchen and dining area with WC.  The property has a fully equipped kitchen with, oven, hobs, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker plus more.  This is great area for family diners and group interaction.

On entering the property to the left is stairs with optional stair gate leading to a snug, with a sofabed with an old open fireplace.  Off the snug is a double bedroom with en suite shower room with basin and toilet.

From the snug and along a passage way are 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet and basin.  

The property is alarmed and there is a safe for personal belongings.

Outside is a large 10m by 5m heatable pool swimming pool with roman steps, a brick BBQ, an outdoors WC, large mature gardens with lawns areas.  Within the garden area are a table tennis table and also a pool table.  The property has views of the countryside and nearby Armacao de Pera.

Distances, within 1km are the shops, bars and restaurants of Armacao de Pera, the nearest beach is 1.5km away, however there are a number of beaches within a 5-10 minute drive.  The nearest golf course of Salgado, just a 10 minute drive away with others within a 20 minute drive.  There are plenty of water sports available from Armacao de Pera and also for the nature lovers there is a nature reserve on the way to Praia Grande, which is claimed to have the most golden sand of all the beaches in the Algarve.

There are many activities just a short drive from the casa, "Aqualand" a giant water park set among lawns and palms with a huge array of pools and slides is located just two kilometers away at Alcantarilha.  "Zoomarine", part zoo and part theme park with amazing shows and much more is five kilometers away at Guia. A bird sanctuary is located two kilometers away as well as some beautiful walks. Some of the Algarve's finest golf courses are within 15 minutes drive

The Algarve is famous for its wonderful sandy beaches. Armação de Péra has the longest beach of the Algarve - over three kilometers of long sandy beaches and small rocky coves.  Praia Grande is a very special place, this long sandy beach is a  conservation  area  and  is  renowned  for  its  sand  dunes  a  carpet  of  colour  in  spring  over  a  100  species  of  wild  plants.

Supermarkets are close by, with two excellent supermarkets in Armacao de Pera as well as a wonderful market. At Guia (just five kilometers away) there is the Algarve´s newest and largest shopping centre with hypermarket, over 130 shops and 30 restaurants as well as nine cinemas showing the current releases in English. Gypsy markets for bargain hunters are all within 30 minutes drive.

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £250) 8 weeks prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Saturday but other days maybe considered
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 14H00 and departure before 10H00.

BABY ACCESSORIES... These are optional, Cot - £15 per week and High Chair - £10 per week

AIR CONDITIONING... included in the price.

HEATED SWIMMING POOL... This is optional, costing 200 euros per week.
