Upper floor: Suite 1 has a king-size bed that can be converted to twin beds, doors to the balcony overlooking the pool and views over the golf course, en suite bathroom with bath and shower stall. Suite 2 also has a king-size bed that can be converted to twin beds, en suite shower room, doors to the front balcony and private access to the rear terrace with views to the sea. Lower floor: Double bedroom with doors to the front terrace and en suite shower room. Very attractive, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table and door to the terrace and barbecue area. Maid's laundry. Very spacious living and dining room that's simply furnished yet very elegant and with doors to the partially shaded terrace for al fresco dining overlooking the beautiful gardens and pool.

The stunning pool is very large and features an overflow infinity edge which cascades into a children's splash pool below. Surrounded by very pretty and extensive gardens with lawns and colourful flower beds.

 A stunning villa in a very convenient location beside the short yet challenging, Vale do Milho 9-hole golf course. In spite of its location, the grounds are really quite private and whether you like golf or not, the views are stunning and full of interest. Inside, it's very spacious and well furnished for a sleek look that's comfortable and welcoming. Obviously it's just a stroll from the golf course - the club house is well known for very good lunches; you're also within walking distance of Centiannes beach and the town centre is also within walking distance although you might want to take a cab home again.

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking or minimum of £300 if 25% is less than £300. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £200) 10 weeks prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Thursday
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 15H00 and departure before 10H00.
