Villa Jas is set in nearly an acre of landscaped gardens. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the heart of Caramujeira, yet is only a short drive from Carvoeiro. The beautiful Albandeira beach is accessible via a wonderful countryside walk from the villa (approx 2km). The villa has an airy vaulted lounge with patio doors leading out to the pool and terraces. There are two spacious twin bedrooms on the ground floor with a shared modern bathroom. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has its own bathroom and terrace with sea views. The villa is set within the beautiful unspoilt area of Caramujeira. It is set away from main roads in its own fully fenced large grounds making it an ideal, safe base for children. It has its own pool and lots of terrace space to sunbathe and relax.

Villa Jas is very private, accessed via a long drive. The villa has large gardens which are fully fenced. The lounge and kitchen lead directly out onto the terrace and pool. There is plenty of garden furniture and a barbecue by the pool for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. There are wonderful sea views from the house and pool as well as from the upstairs terrace.

The villa is close to some of the most stunning beaches in the Algarve. The beautiful Albandeira beach, with beach bar, is accessible via a wonderful countryside walk from the villa (approx 2km). Praia Marinha (3 mins by car) is absolutely stunning (on many of the local postcards) and has a bar and wonderful snorkelling. Benagil beach (5 mins) has restaurants and a beach bar.  Carvoeiro is approximately 8 mins by car and has beaches, restaurants and bars.

There are numerous golf courses in the area including Gramacho and Pinta, both 18-hole courses and Vale do Milho which is a 9-hole course. Vale de Rei, Altos, Salados and Penina are also within driving distance from the villa.  Travel Faro airport is approx 40 mins by car.  Car hire is recommended.  Praia de Marinha is approximately 2km away and Carvoeiro is approximately 8 minutes by car.

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking or minimum of £300 if 25% is less than £300. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £200) 10 weeks prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Thursday
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 15H00 and departure before 10H00.
