Casa Verde is located in the luxurious clifftop urbanization Algarve Clube Atlantico just 4.5 kms from the centre of Carvoeiro. This semi-detached is positioned very close to the steps leading to the beach and has spectacular views. The property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living/dining area with satelite TV with DVD player, telephone and internet connection. The property is partial air conditioned (included in the price between 12 May 2008 - 27 September 2008) The outside has two breakfast terrace areas with private heatable pool, BBQ area. Car hire recommended. Maid service 5 days per week Clube Atlantico has a reception complex with a restaurant and a central swimming pool lies at the heart of the family resort. There is also a children's playground, a mini-golf site, and two tennis courts only 5 minutes away. less than £300. The balance is required
(plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £200) 10 weeks
prior to guests' arrival OPTIONS BABY ACCESSORIES... These are optional, Cot - £27 per week and High Chairs available upon request. POOL HEATING... This is optional and charged at cost on the last day of your holiday. INTERNET VIA LAN... This is optional and £22 per week.
