The luxury kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine.  A safety gate can be fitted at the top of the stairs to prevent children going down the stairs while the family is the upper part of the property.

The property shares the heated swimming pool and its elegant terraces where you can relax and enjoy a cooling drink or a light lunch from the poolside bar.

This is in a superb position for both the beach and within minutes walk of the beautiful village of Ferragudo, which many say is the most attractive fishing village in the Algarve.  Narrow cobbled streets, shops, restaurants and great views.  It is particularly atmospheric at night.

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking. The balance is required 2 calendar months prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Saturday but other days may be considered
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 15H00 and departure before 10H00.
