2 bedroom townhouse which is within 500 metres of the top of Carvoeiro town and 10 minutes walking distance to a number of beaches, also a small beach only a few hundred metres away - so a car is not necessary.  Entrance into an semi open plan modern fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area with doors to a colourful balcony with a table and chairs for 4 people, along with views of the sea and countryside.  A log fire is available for winter lets and the lounge accommodates a sofabed.  

Downstairs are the two bedrooms, one with twin beds with use of a shower room just outside the room and the other with a double bed and en suite bathroom.  This bathroom has been recently refurbished, a spacious room consisting of bath with shower over, separate shower cubicle, toilet and basin. A sofa bed upstairs in the living area can accommodate a further  person (this is not shown in the pictures).  Both bedrooms downstairs have fitted wardrobes, chest of draws and open up onto a terrace area with a BBQ,  sunbeds and a table and chairs.  This is a good size for outdoor needs.

The property shares a nice sized swimming pool with terraces and sunbeds and although it is a communal pool, this is a small complex.  A number of the properties have people living there full time and during the day they are at work. 

The property is within a few minutes walk of the top of Carvoeiro town to the east, this means that shops, restaurants and bars are easily accessible by foot.  To the west of the property there is Carvoeiro beach and to the east is Centeannes beach.

BOOKING DEPOSIT...A 25% non refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £150) 2 calendar months prior to guests' arrival
 CHANGE OVER DAY... Wednesday, but other days maybe considered
 ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 15H00 and departure before 10H00.
