Just joined the rental market, Casa Saudade is a spacious luxury 4 bedroom villa with a 10m x 5m pool and large terrace areas.  Located in the countryside about 2.5km from Carvoeiro town centre, within walking distance of a few restaurants, a mini mart and a supermarket.  The property has panoramic country views including the Monchiques.  

A spacious lounge/dining room, which consists of of stone dining table with 8 chairs, 2 sofas, a TV with DVD player and micro HiFi with CD player.  Patio doors open up onto a large sun terrace with outdoor table and chairs.  To one side of the lounge is a large fully equipped kitchen, to the other is a spacious hallway with access to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

From the hallway, there are 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, these share 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with shower over the bath, all these bedrooms are of a good size.  1 twin bedroom and the double bedroom opens onto the terrace, pool area.  At the end of the hallway is a very large master bedroom with double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower over the bath and 2 basins.  This bedroom opens up onto the terrace. 

Outside is extensive terrace and lawn areas.  A large terrace surrounds a 10m x 5m pool which has both roman and metal steps.  There is a pool shower, and a stone seating area the length of the pool, as well as sun loungers.  Steps from pool, lead to further lawn and garden areas as well as a built in shaded BBQ area.  next to the BBQ is sink, a worktop, electric points and lighting, allowing you to really enjoy the outdoor cooking experience during the day or evening.

The property has its own gated drive, with parking for at least 3 cars.

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking or minimum of £300 if 25% is less than £300. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £300) 10 weeks prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Saturday but other days maybe considered
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 16H00 and departure before 10H00.
