Description

This beautiful villa with private 10m x 5m heatable pool, is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area of Areias dos Moinhos  in Carvoeiro.  A car is recommended but not essential as the Beach, Shops, Restaurants and even a Golf Course are within 15 minutes walk. On entry to the property there is a reception area with a fully equipped kitchen to the left and a spacious lounge with separate dining area in front of you.  Patio doors from the lounge bring you onto a large shaded patio area with a table and chairs and BBQ for outside eating with sea views.  Also on this floor is a guest WC.

Stairs lead to the ground floor where there are two spacious twin bedrooms sharing one large bathroom and a double bedroom with another bathroom.  All the bedrooms open up onto the terrace leading to the pool area.  Gates at the top of the entrance to the pool and to the side of the house mean that the pool is effectively gated off from the house for those with small children.   The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms, lounge and dining area.

The pool area is well planned (gated), with outside dining area with seating, BBQ adjacent and sunbeds for all.  There is a mature garden and good spaces. This property has every ingredient for a fun packed & enjoyable family holiday.

Rates

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £150) 8 weeks prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Thursday/Saturday but other days will be considered Between November & March.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 15H00 and departure before 10H00.

OPTIONS

HEATED SWIMMING POOL... This is optional, costing £45 for 3 day pre heat and then £10 per day

AIR CONDITIONING... This is optional, costing £90 per week

COT AND HIGHCHAIR... Priced at 15 euros per week for Cot and 15 euros per week for Highchair, to be paid upon arrival, but must be pre-booked.  There are 2 stair gates available upon request.

BABY SITTING... Available at 12 euros per hour and can be arranged via the Villa Manager
