Failte Casa is situated at Pedra Grande, a quiet private development of 24 luxury apartments set in beautifully landscaped gardens with large swimming pool, sundeck and changing rooms, just a short 5 minute walk from Praia de Centeanes, Carvoeiro's most popular beach and within walking distance of the town centre with its wide choice of shops, pubs and excellent restaurants.

This superb apartment is located on the 1st floor. There are private balconies off the living room and both of the two bedrooms.  There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, full cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has an electric shower and towels are provided.

The spacious living room has a woodburning stove for winter use, sofa bed, Sat TV, DVD player and CD Stereo. A special feature is the large private roof terrace with gas barbeque and superb views of the Monchique Mountains and the Vale do Milho Golf course.

Mini Market, gym and tennis is also available at the adjacent Rocha Brava complex using the private Pedra Grande entrance. The complex is on the local bus route but is only a 20 minute walk into Carvoeiro Village.

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £150) 8 weeks prior to guests' arrival
 CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Thursday but other days maybe considered
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 14H00 and departure before 10H00.

OPTIONS

BABY ACCESSORIES... These are optional, Cot - £15 per week and High Chair - £10 per week
