Gated Pools Following the amount of enquiries last season for properties with gated pool areas we have four properties now that fit that description: Vila Pequena, a gorgeous 3 bedroom villa with a side gated pool and mature gardens with sea views. Casa Toupeira, a lovely 3 bedroom villa with gated terrace to pool, 15 minutes walk from Carvoeiro. Casa Pacata a great young family 3 bedroom villa with gated pool, situated on Quinta do Paraiso. Casa Carvo, is a 6 bedroom villa, 500 metres from the town with a large gated swimming pool. |

Newly joined the rental market, Casa Saudade is a spacious luxury 4 bedroom villa with a 10m x 5m pool and large terrace areas. Located in the countryside about 2.5km from Carvoeiro town centre, within walking distance of a few restaurants, a mini mart and a supermarket. The property has panoramic country views including the Monchiques Outside is extensive terrace and lawn areas. A large terrace surrounds a 10m x 5m pool which has both roman and metal steps. There is a pool shower, and a stone seating area the length of the pool, as well as sun loungers. Steps from pool, lead to further lawn and garden areas as well as a built in shaded BBQ area. next to the BBQ is sink, a worktop, electric points and lighting, allowing you to really enjoy the outdoor cooking experience during the day or evening. The property has its own gated drive, with parking for at least 3 cars. A Fantastic property for 1 or 2 family holiday, with great lawns for the kids, a superb BBQ area and plenty of terraces to relax by the pool. |
