Vila Oleander is a stylish 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property set in a 6000 sqm plot in the countryside of Vale D'el Rei, about 4km to the east of Carvoeiro, with 3 restaurants and a spa within a 10 minutes walk and a number of beaches within a 5 minutes drive.

This new property is furnished to a high standard offering clients comfort during their stay in the Algarve.

On the ground floor there are two large double bedrooms, both with en suites, one has a corner jacuzzi bath with shower, bidet, toilet and basin and the other a shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and basin.  Also on the ground floor is a guest WC, a spacious open plan lounge and dining area.  With seating for 6 people, DVD, CD Hi-fi, Sat LCD TV and a log fire.  The property has underfloor heating throughout for winter lets.  Patio doors open up onto the main terracing and pool area.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen with large island worktop, with hob.  There is a large fridge with built in ice machine.

On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with private terrace and en suite shower room with toilet and basin.  Also there is access via further stairs to a roof terrace which hosts beautiful views of the sea and countryside.

Outside is a large 10m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps.  The property is partially landscaped offering lawn areas to the sides and garden.  There is ample shaded terrace areas and stylish furniture for 6 people.

Rates

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £200) 10 weeks prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Thursday but other days maybe considered
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 14H00 and departure before 10H00.

OPTIONS

BABY ACCESSORIES... These are optional, Cot - £15 per week and High Chair - £10 per week

INTERNET... This is optional at £15 per week

AIR CONDITIONING... This is optional at £100 per week
