Villa Lisanne is a lovely new built 3 bedroom villa, with its own private swimming pool and just 10 - 15 minutes walk from Carvoeiro town and the beach.  The property occupies an elevated position in a quiet location and has view over the countryside just outside of Carvoeiro.  The nearest restaurant and minimart is just 650m away.

On the entry level the front door opens into a lobby area with a bathroom to the right and stairs to lower floor to the left. Ahead is the well presented open plan lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen.  The lounge has Satelite TV, DVD player and CD player.

Stairs lead to a lower level which host three twin bedrooms, of which one has an en suite bathroom and the other two share a separate bathroom.

For winter lets the property has underfloor heating and during the summer a mobile air conditioning unit can be rented.

Outside there are two large balconies at rear and a large terrace at front.   There is an 8m by 4m pool with sun loungers and outdoor furniture and a BBQ.

This is a great property that has just joined the rental market and allows those who want a great holiday but without the need of a rental car as all amenities are within walking distance.

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £150) 8 weeks prior to guests' arrival
 CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Thursday but other days maybe considered
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 14H00 and departure before 10H00.

OPTIONS

AIRCONDITIONING... For use of the mobile air conditioning unit will cost £45 per week

BABY ACCESSORIES... These are optional, Cot - £15 per week and High Chair - £10 per week
